Mahdi Hussein maintains a broad and diverse commercial litigation practice. Prior to founding MMH Law, Mahdi worked at the largest and preeminent firms in Canada. He has prosecuted and defended claims on behalf of a wide-range of institutional clients, including, insurers, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, emerging technology companies, distributors of consumer goods, and engineering and architectural firms. As part of his practice, he regularly represents clients in contested motions, dispositive hearings, and in out-of-court settlement conferences. Through sound and strategic judgment, Mahdi’s ultimate aim is to achieve the optimal resolution for his clients, whether this is best achieved in the courtroom or through rigorous negotiations.

Outside of the firm, Mahdi provides pro-bono legal services to several non-profit organizations and regularly represents individuals on a pro-bono basis in court proceedings and in tribunal hearings.
